Professor Afsharipour Presents at American Society of Comparative Law Conference 

Professor Afra Afsharipour presented her paper entitled "Gender Diversity on Indian Boards" at the Third Annual Conference of the Younger Comparativists Committee of the American Society of Comparative Law held at Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon on April 5.

Professor Afsharipour's areas of research include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.  Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.
