Aimee Feinberg Moderates Panel on Amicus Briefs

Aimee Feinberg, director of the new UC Davis School of Law California Supreme Court Clinic, moderated a Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) panel on "Writing Effective Amicus Briefs" in San Francisco on November 28.  Participating in the discussion were the Honorable Kathryn M. Werdegar, Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court; the Honorable Marsha S. Berzon, Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; Michelle Friedland, Partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson in San Francisco; and Jocelyn Larkin, Executive Director of the Impact Fund, Berkeley.

Before joining UC Davis School of Law, Feinberg worked as a litigator at Munger, Tolles & Olson, where her practice focused on appellate and other litigation matters.  Prior to that, she served as a law clerk to Justice Stephen G. Breyer on the U.S. Supreme Court and to Judge David S. Tatel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
