Kevin Brodehl '98 Joins Wendel Rosen

Kevin Brodehl '98 has joined Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP, a 101-year-old firm with offices in Modesto and Oakland.  Brodehl, formerly vice chair of Walnut Creek-based Morgan Miller Blair's Business and Technology Practice Group, focuses his trial and appellate practice on intellectual property, complex commercial, and real estate disputes. He has handled matters involving trade secret, unfair competition, trademark, patent, copyright, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and breach of fiduciary duty.
