Holly Cooper Speaks on Ninth Circuit Immigration Case at Immigrant Legal Resource Center Webinar
Holly Cooper of the UC Davis School of Law Immigration Law Clinic spoke at a webinar put on by the Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC). Cooper, alongside Kathy Brady of the ILRC, trained lawyers on the legal implications of Aguila Montes de Oca v. Holder, a new en banc U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit case which dramatically changed how courts determine deportability for criminal convictions.
