Professor Joslin Presents at Nonmarriage Roundtable

On Sept. 26, Professor Courtney Joslin presented her work-in-progress “Certifying Families: Birth Certificates, Parentage, and Biology” (co-authored with Yale Law School Professor Douglas NeJaime) as part of the Nonmarriage Roundtable at Cardozo School of Law. Professor Joslin is a leading scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.

Professor Aldana Discusses Latinx Heritage Month

 

This week marks the start of Latinx Heritage Month. The celebration, which runs from Sept. 15 through Oct. 15, honors the achievements and contributions of the Latinx community.
