Professor Joo Comments on Sacramento Arena Project for KOVR

Professor Thomas Joo commented for a report on Sacramento television station KOVR comparing Sacramento's current downtown sports arena project to the Capitol Mall redevelopment project of the 1950s.  Professor Joo notes that the projects share some similarities, and that "the hole" where the arena is being built "was a hole in 1959."
