Immigration Clinic Featured in UC Davis Magazine
The UC Davis School of Law Immigration Law Clinic is the subject of a substantial feature article in the latest issue of UC Davis magazine. The article examines the critical role the clinic plays in representing low-income immigrants facing deportation and providing invaluable, real-world experience for King Hall students.
The article profiles Professors Amagda Peréz, Holly Cooper, and Raha Jorjani, the clinic's supervising attorneys, interviews students and alumni regarding their experiences working for the clinic, and quotes Professor Leticia Saucedo, Director of Clinical Education, and Dean Kevin R. Johnson on the clinic's importance.
