Daily Journal Quotes Professor Frank About CEQA Ruling

Richard Frank, professor of environmental practice (ret.) and senior fellow with the California Environmental Law and Policy Center, spoke to the Daily Journal about the California Supreme Court's decision in Sunflower Alliance v. California Department of Conservation. The case examined the application of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) to an oil and gas project in Northern California.
