"Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community?" is an echo of the final essay of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. In it, Dr. King reflects on a decade of civil rights struggle and provides analysis for the sociopolitical landscape of the United States in the areas of racial, economic, and criminal justice. Nearly 60 years later, we look to legal scholars, practitioners and passionate advocates to problematize and provide insightful solutions to contemporary issues urgently facing the Black community and the wider United States.
This symposium is free and open to all students, professors, local practitioners in the region.
