Raha Jorjani Conducts Training Session for Legal Services for Children

Raha Jorjani provided a training session on the bond process in Immigration Court for Legal Services for Children in San Francisco on November 19.  The session provided an overview of the process, including advocacy for getting clients released from immigration custody, requesting a bond hearing before an immigration judge, pre-hearing briefs, and bond hearing practice. 

Raha Jorjani is a staff attorney in the Immigration Law Clinic at the UC Davis School of Law with a special interest in advocacy on behalf of detained immigrants.
