Professor White Presents for Federal Trial Training Program

One June 23, Carter "Cappy" White, supervising attorney of the UC Davis School of Law's Civil Rights Clinic, presented mock voir dire and opening statements for the plaintiff as part of the "Federal Trial Training: A Demonstration of Federal Court Trial Techniques" held at the United States District Court in Fresno and sponsored by the San Joaquin Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.  The all-day program featured presentations by members of the plaintiffs' bar, Deputy Attorneys General, and four United States Magistrate Judges: the Hon. Stanley A. Boone, Hon. Sheila K. Oberto, Hon. Barbara A. McAuliffe, and Hon. Michael J. Seng, the principal organizer of the seminar.
