Professor Jorjani Speaks at CUNY Immigration Law Clinic

Professor Raha Jorjani delivered a lecture on "Immigration Consequences of Criminal Convictions" at the City University of New York Law School's Immigration Law Clinic on November 20.  Like UC Davis, CUNY was ranked high in preLaw magazine's recent listing of the nation's "Best Public-Interest Law Schools" and has been increasingly involved in clinical work on behalf of those whose cases fall at the intersection of criminal and immigration law.

Raha Jorjani is a staff attorney in the Immigration Law Clinic at the UC Davis School of Law with a special interest in advocacy on behalf of detained immigrants.
