Complex Litigation: Cases and Materials on Litigating for Social Change, a casebook co-edited by Dean Kevin R. Johnson, was published by Carolina Academic Press. The book, co-edited by Catherine Rogers, Professor of Law at Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law, and John V. White, Dean and Professor of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Boyd School of Law, focuses on complex cases brought by lawyers seeking to promote social change.
Kevin R. Johnson is dean and Mabie-Apallas Professor of Public Interest Law and Chicana/o studies at UC Davis School of Law. He is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of immigration law and policy, refugee law, and civil rights.
