Biographical Information

Lived Name, as defined by the UCOP Gender and Lived Name Policy, is a self-chosen or personal name used instead of a Legal Name.  By January 1, 2024, the university will use the Lived Name, if provided, in lieu of the Legal Name in academic records, most systems, and communications.  For more information on Lived Name, please visit the Office of the University Registrar’s website. Providing a Lived Name is optional.
