Professor Joslin Presents to Family Law Quarterly Editors

On Oct. 29, Professor Courtney Joslin and Yale Law School Professor Douglas NeJaime presented to the editorial staff of Family Law Quarterly.

The Family Law Quarterly, a scholarly journal of the American Bar Association, will publish Joslin and NeJaime’s forthcoming article “Assisted Reproduction and Nonmarital Families.” 

Professor Joslin is a leading scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples. She is a two-time Dukeminier Award recipient and the 2023 recipient of UC Davis Law’s Distinguished Teaching Award.
