Micah Nilsson ‘07 Named as Partner at Dowling Aaron
Micah Nilsson '07 has been named as a partner at Dowling Aaron Incorporated. Nilsson is based in the firm's Bakersfield office. His practice focuses on complex business and employment defense litigation. He also maintains an active commercial litigation practice in other areas, such as contract and real estate, and is the Co-Chair of the firm's oil, gas and energy practice group. Nilsson litigates matters in both federal and state court as well as numerous administrative forums. Nilsson was a founder of the UC Davis Negotiations Team, and advanced to the ABA National Negotiations Competition in the team's inaugural year.
