Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service along with the information and tools necessary to fund your education. Our offices are located in Suite 1380 of King Hall. In general, we are available Monday-Friday with the exception of campus holidays. Throughout each semester, we offer walk-in hours which will be posted on the site and at the front desk in Suite 1380. Appointments can be scheduled outside of our typical walk-in hours. During high processing time (typically 2 weeks prior to the start and end of each term) our office will adjust availability to ensure timely processing of information and disbursement of funds. Any adjustments to our hours of availability will be posted on this site.
Our friendly reception is available to answer general questions regarding applying for aid, types of aid available, important dates and where to find information. If you have questions or concerns of a more personal nature please contact us to make an appointment with our available staff. We ask that appointments be limited to 15 minutes, if you feel your questions or concerns will require a more in depth review please indicate within your message.
