Professor Joh Testifies on Drones for California Assembly Committee

Professor Elizabeth Joh testified before the California Assembly Public Safety Committee on August 6 on the privacy and civil liberties concerns raised by the domestic use of unmanned aircraft systems, also known as drones.

Professor Joh writes and teaches in criminal law and procedure; her scholarship has addressed the impact of new technologies on policing, privacy concerns raised by forensic DNA collection, and undercover policing.
