Professor Joslin Speaks on Family Law at Brooklyn Law School

Professor Courtney Joslin presented her article "The Biology Myth" at the annual Emerging Family Law Scholars and Teachers Conference, which she helped to plan and coordinate, at Brooklyn Law School on June 4.  Also at Brooklyn Law School, Professor Joslin moderated a panel entitled "Domicile and Citizenship in Family Law" at the International Society of Family Law (ISFL) on June 6.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
