Professor Frank Speaks on Environmental Law at California Association of District Attorneys' Conference

On June 5, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank spoke in Monterey, California at the California Association of District Attorneys' conference, "Advanced Topics in Environmental Enforcement."  This annual event brings together environmental prosecutors from California's 58 counties, together with state and federal environmental enforcement officials.  Frank's presentation covered key environmental law decisions over the past year from federal and California state appellate courts, along with a preview of some of the most important criminal and civil environmental enforcement cases currently pending around the nation.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
