Professor Frank Speaks at Environmental Law Institute 'Boot Camp'

On March 15, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank spoke at the Environmental Law Institute's "Western Boot Camp on Environmental Law" in San Francisco.  This annual ELI-sponsored event is designed to give newly minted environmental lawyers an overview of key environmental laws and trends.  The topics of Professor Frank's presentation were "An Introduction to Public Land Law/Renewable Energy Siting Issues on the Nation's Public Lands."

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
