Professor Imwinkelried Lectures at Utah Prosecution Council Seminar

Professor Edward Imwinkelried lectured at the Utah Prosecution Council seminar in Bryce Canyon, Utah on September 14, speaking on the subjects of impeachment and uncharged misconduct evidence.  This is the third occasion on which he has lectured for the Council.

Professor Imwinkelried is a world-renowned evidence expert and has published extensively in the field.
