Professor Frank Presents Keynote at University of Chile Environmental Law Conference

On August 23rd, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank presented a keynote address at the University of Chile School of Law's biennial environmental law conference in Santiago, "Global Environmental Vision: Present and Future."  An expanded version of Frank's address, entitled "Climate Change, Water Supply, and Land-Use Planning: Positive and Negative Examples From the ‘Nation-State' of California," will be published in the University of Chile School of Law Journal.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
