Professor Frank Speaks on Climate Change Litigation

On July 27, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank spoke to a CLE International-sponsored conference in San Francisco on the topic of greenhouse gas emissions.  Frank provided conference attendees with a briefing on key past, currently pending, and reasonably foreseeable climate change litigation in federal and state courts.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
