Professor Frank Speaks on 'Governing California's Delta Plan' at UC Berkeley

On March 2, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank spoke at the 15th Annual Travers Conference on Ethics and Accountability at UC Berkeley.  This year's conference, co-sponsored by the Commonwealth Club of California and UC Berkeley, was entitled, "Managing the Delta: The Governance Challenges of Adaptive Management."  Professor Frank spoke on the topic, "Governing California's Delta Plan: How Will the Plan be Enforced?"

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leading scholar and practitioner in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
