Professor Chander Nominated to Executive Council of American Society of International Law

Professor Anupam Chander has been nominated to serve on the Executive Council of the American Society of International Law, the 2011-12 ASIL Nominating Committee has announced.  If elected, he would join Professor Andrea Bjorklund on the Council and help to guide ASIL in its mission to foster the study of international law and to promote the establishment and maintenance of international relations on the basis of law and justice.

Professor Anupam Chander is a leading scholar in the law of globalization and digitization, and has written widely on international law and cyber law.  He is also Director of the California International Law Center at King Hall.
