Anna Stolley Persky '94 has published "The New World," the cover story in the November 2011 issue of the ABA Journal. The article explores barriers faced by lawyers seeking to practice in foreign countries in an era of globalization. "When lawyers operating on a global basis jump across traditional jurisdictional boundaries, it isn't always clear what legal rules apply and which jurisdiction's ethical regulations are binding," Persky writes.
