Dean Johnson, Professor Chin Speak at Arizona Bar Convention
Dean Kevin R. Johnson and Professor Jack Chin participated in a panel discussing federal preemption of state immigration laws (and Arizona's controversial immigration law, SB 1070) at the State Bar of Arizona Annual Convention in Tucson on June 16.
Kevin R. Johnson is Dean and Mabie-Apallas Professor of Public Interest Law and Chicana/o studies at UC Davis School of Law. He is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of immigration law and policy, refugee law, and civil rights.
