Dean Johnson Speaks on Immigration at UC Santa Barbara

Dean Kevin R. Johnson delivered a lecture on immigration at the Walter H. Capps Center for the Study of Ethics, Religion, and Public Life at UC Santa Barbara on May 4.  He discussed the issues he took up in his book, Opening the Floodgates:  Why America Needs to Rethink Its Borders and Immigration Laws.

Kevin R. Johnson is Dean and Mabie-Apallas Professor of Public Interest Law and Chicano/a Studies at UC Davis School of Law.  He is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of immigration law and policy, refugee law, and civil rights.
