Professor Ayer Appointed to State Bar Insolvency Committee

Professor John D. Ayer has been appointed a senior adviser to the State Bar Insolvency Committee. The chair of the committee is Molly J. Baier '84, an attorney with ReedSmith in San Francisco.

John D. "Jack" Ayer is a professor emeritus at the UC Davis School of Law and an expert on bankruptcy law.
