Professors Afsharipour, Lee, Lin Present Papers at Junior Law Faculty Workshop

Professors Afra Afsharipour, Peter Lee, and Albert Lin presented papers at the First Annual Southwest/West Junior Law Faculty Workshop at Arizona State University O'Connor College of Law on March 15.

The conference, designed to foster intellectual community among junior law professors in the region and to give them an opportunity to receive feedback on current projects, brought scholars from law schools including UC Davis, USC, UC Berkeley, UC Hastings, and Arizona State. 

Professor Afsharipour presented her paper "The Agency Costs of Buyer Boards."  Professor Lee presented "Patent Law and the Two Cultures." Professor Lin presented "Technology Assessment 2.0: Getting a Better Handle on New Technologies and Their Health, Environmental, and Social Consequences."
