Professor Joslin Speaks on Same-Sex Marriage to Alameda County Bar Association
Professor Courtney Joslin was part of a panel of experts speaking to the Alameda County Bar Association on the subject of "Saying ‘I Do': The History and Future of the Same-Sex Marriage Cases and their Application in Light of Proposition 8" on October 9 in Oakland. Joining Professor Joslin on the panel were Christopher F. Stoll, senior pro bono staff attorney with the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR), and Fred Hertz, an attorney, mediator and author practicing real estate and non-traditional family law in Oakland.
