Civil Rights Clinic
Civil Rights
Students provide legal services to indigent clients who have filed civil rights actions in federal court. Students will employ skills such as interviewing, counseling, research, writing, negotiating, taking and defending depositions, and possibly oral and trial advocacy.
Pre-requisites: 219 Evidence and 203 Civil Procedure - prior or concurrent, 267 Civil Rights (not required, but give priority)
