Professor Afsharipour Presents Paper at University of Colorado Law School

Professor Afra Afsharipour presented her working paper, "Deal Advisors," at the University of Colorado Law School Business Law Colloquium on March 17.  The article re-examines the role of financial advisors in mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Afra Afsharipour is a Professor of Law at UC Davis School of Law whose research interests include comparative corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law.  Her scholarship has appeared in numerous law reviews, including the Columbia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review, the Vanderbilt Law Review, and the UC Davis Law Review.   She is chair-elect of the Transactional Law & Skills Section of the AALS.
