Professor Frank Speaks on Recent Developments in Environmental Law for Sacramento Bar Association

On February 3, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank made a presentation to the Sacramento County Bar Association on the topic, "Recent Environmental Law Developments in the U.S. Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals."  At the same luncheon event, the Association's Environmental Law Section awarded a $500 grant to King Hall's Environmental Law Society, in recognition of ELS' ongoing service to the environmental law community through its sponsorship of such events as the annual ELS Environmental Symposium.  Accepting the award on behalf of ELS was the organization's 2013-14 co-chair, Kelly Obranowicz '15.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
