Jihan Kahssay '12 Interviewed by Johann Morri '11 for French Legal Journal
A French-language legal journal, La Revue des droits de l'homme, has published an interview with Jihan Kahssay '12, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Fellow at the UC Davis School of Law Immigration Law Clinic, conducted by Johann Morri '11, a graduate of King Hall's LL.M. program. The article concerns the Obama administration's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program and explains the operation of the UC Davis School of Law Immigration Law Clinic. Morri also served as a coordinator of this issue of the Revue, in which she also published an article on constitutional foundations of U.S. immigration policy.
