Professor Chander Speaks at Yale on New Book

Professor Anupam Chander presented his new book, The Electronic Silk Road: How the Web Binds the World Together in Commerce, at Yale Law School, as part of the Thomson Reuters Speaker Series. He was hosted by the Information Society Project at Yale Law School.

The Electronic Silk Road: How the Web Binds the World Together in Commerce, recently published by Yale University Press, provides the first thorough discussion of law as it relates to global Internet commerce. The book has received acclaim from academics, policymakers, and book critics.

Professor Anupam Chander is a leading scholar in the law of globalization and digitization, and has written widely on international law and cyber law.  He is also Director of the California International Law Center at King Hall.
