Aimee Feinberg, director of the UC Davis School of Law California Supreme Court Clinic, moderated a panel discussion of recent major decisions by the California Supreme Court that took place as part of a UC Berkeley School of Law conference on the Court held on October 4. Also speaking at the conference was Chief Justice of California Tani Cantil-Sakauye '84.
