Dean Johnson, Professor Shestowsky Speak on Negotiation in Sacramento Bar Association Panel

Dean Kevin R. Johnson and Professor Donna Shestowsky were among the speakers at the Sacramento Bar Association Civil Litigation Section 2013 luncheon.  Dean Johnson moderated a panel discussion of "Effective Strategies for Resolving Complicated Cases through Negotiation," and Professor Shestowsky was a panelist.  Steve Boutin '72, who recently helped to found the Civil Litigation Section, introduced Dean Johnson, and Daniel Stouder '03 was among the organizers of the event.
