Professor Chander's Electronic Silk Road Praised by Financial Times

The Electronic Silk Road, a new book by Professor Anupam Chander, was praised in a Financial Times book review, which called the book "an important guide to outdated rules governing global online trade."

In this accessible book, Professor Chander, a cyber-law expert, provides the first thorough discussion of the law that relates to global Internet commerce. The Financial Times review concludes, "[F]or those considering the online world and the rules that govern it, this is an important primer."

Professor Anupam Chander is a leading scholar in the law of globalization and digitization, and has written widely on international law and cyber law.  He is also Director of the California International Law Center at King Hall.
