Professor Lee Speaks at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law

Professor Peter Lee recently gave a talk at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law in Munich, Germany. Professor Lee presented a work-in-progress entitled "Patents and the University," which examines cultural changes in university patenting and doctrinal as well as statutory responses by courts and Congress. This article will appear in the Duke Law Journal later this year.

Professor Lee's scholarly work addresses the intersection of science and society, particularly exploring the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress. In 2012, he was selected as a Chancellor's Fellow, a prestigious honor given to UC Davis's most exceptional young faculty.
