Megan La Belle '99 Publishes on Patent Litigation

A paper by Megan La Belle '99, "Against Settlement of (Some) Patent Cases," has been accepted for publication in a forthcoming issue of the Vanderbilt Law Review

La Belle, an associate professor of law at the Catholic University of America, served as the Senior Notes & Comments Editor for the UC Davis Law Review, received the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure, and was elected to the Order of the Coif while at King Hall. After law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen S. Trott on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and to the Honorable Margaret M. Morrow on the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She has published scholarly articles in journals including George Mason Law Review, California Law Review, and Denver University Law Review.
