Professor Frank Contributes to California Lawyer Land Use Roundtable

Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank was one of four experts participating in a California Lawyer Land Use Roundtable published in the magazine's June 2013 issue.  In the article, Professor Frank comments at length on issues related to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), suburban sprawl, infill development, and related issues.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
