Professor Hillman Presents at Large Law Firm General Counsel Roundtable

Professor Robert Hillman made a presentation at a meeting of the Large Law Firm General Counsel Roundtable on May 6 in Napa.  The presentation was "Challenges of Lawyer Mobility: Implications for Large Firm Partnership Structures."

Robert Hillman is a Professor of Law and holds the Fair Business Practices and Investor Advocacy Chair at UC Davis School of Law.  He is a scholar in the fields of international transactions, securities regulation, and corporate and partnership law.
