Professor Frank Speaks at Dublin's University College School of Law

Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank served as a visiting scholar at the University College School of Law in Dublin, Ireland during the week of April 8.  As part of his visit, Professor Frank delivered a paper to the University College law faculty and graduate students entitled, "Mitigating and Adapting to Climate Change: Lessons From & For California."  Frank also sat in on law classes at the law school in Dublin, and met informally with law school faculty, students, and staff during his stay in Dublin.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
