Professor Frank Speaks on Ninth Circuit and Environmental Law for Sacramento Bar Association

On March 5, Professor of Environmental Practice Richard Frank spoke at the Sacramento County Bar Association's monthly luncheon.  The topic of Frank's presentation was "Recent Environmental Law Developments in the U.S. Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals." 

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
