Professor Hillman Speaks on ‘Lawyers Changing Firms' for ABA Panel

Professor Robert Hillman spoke on the legal and ethical issues that arise when lawyers move from firm to firm as part of a panel on "Lawyers Changing Firms: Conflicts, Stealing Clients, and Accessing Files." The live webinar and teleconference took place January 31 and was co-sponsored by the American Bar Association Center on Professional Responsibility and Litigation Section. Professor Hillman holds the Fair Business Practices and Investor Advocacy Chair at UC Davis School of Law and is a scholar in the fields of international transactions, securities regulation, and corporate and partnership law.
