Mitchell Weatherly '94 Accepts Offer to Join U.S. Patent Office as Judge

Mitchell Weatherly '94 has accepted an offer to become an Administrative Patent Judge on the Patent Trial and Appeal Board at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Since 2010, he had been managing partner at Weatherly Seigel LLC, the Atlanta-based firm he co-founded in 2001.
