Professor Lee Speaks at AALS Mid-year Workshop

Professor Peter Lee recently spoke at the Association of American Law Schools Mid-year Workshop on "When Technology Disrupts Law: How Do IP, Internet, and Biolaw Adapt?"  Professor Lee's invited talk, entitled "Public and Private Ordering in Creating the Genomic Data Commons," focused on the roles of public, private, and nonprofit entities in creating wide access to data arising from the Human Genome Project and related research initiatives. 

Professor Lee's scholarly work addresses the intersection of science and society, particularly exploring the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress.
