Professor Richard Frank Speaks to California District Attorneys on Recent Environmental Law Decisions

Professor Richard Frank spoke at the California District Attorneys Association-sponsored conference entitled "Advanced Topics in Environmental Enforcement" in Monterey on June 5.  Frank's presentation to environmental prosecutors from throughout California focused on key federal and state court decisions from the past year affecting criminal and civil environmental enforcement efforts.

Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leader in the field of environmental law.  A Professor of Environmental Practice, he is the founding Director of the California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
